What is collected, and why.

Name, email, company or roleYou type these when joining the waitlist. They are used to announce the launch and to open early access. Legal basis: consent.

Optional messageIt only exists if you write one. It helps us understand your context before a conversation. Legal basis: consent.

Name, email, phone and messageYou fill these in on the editorial projects contact form (RIMA page). They are used to answer your request. Phone is optional. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps, at your request.

Pages visited and traffic sourceAggregate measurement through Google Analytics, with anonymised IP, and, when the visit comes from an ad, through Google Ads, without ad personalisation. Only after you accept the cookie notice. Legal basis: consent.

Nothing elseNo national ID, no financial data, no sensitive data. The site does no profiling and no automated decision-making.

No measurement cookie before you accept.

Strictly necessaryThey store your choice in the cookie notice. They stay in your browser and go nowhere else.

Who the data is shared with.

Only with the services that make the site work. Each has its own policy, and some process data outside Brazil — which the LGPD allows under contractual safeguards.

MailchimpHolds the waitlist and sends the emails. Receives name, email, company and the optional message.

Google AnalyticsReceives aggregate, anonymous browsing data. It never receives your name or your email.

Google AdsIt only comes into play if you arrived through an ad and accepted cookies. It receives the fact that the visit came from the ad, without ad personalisation. It never receives your name or your email.

SmartsheetHolds requests from the editorial projects contact form. Receives name, email, phone (if given) and message.

Google CalendarIt only comes into play if you book a call. It receives whatever you type when booking.

The data is yours. It always was.

The LGPD guarantees that you may ask, at any time, for: confirmation that we process your data, access to what we hold, correction of anything wrong, portability, anonymisation, deletion, and withdrawal of consent.

One email to d@trabuka.com is enough — no form, no justification required. Every email we send also carries an unsubscribe link.
